Family Summer Holidays

Get out and explore this summer.

Since it feels like summer is already upon us we thought we would compile a list of summer holiday destinations that are sure to keep the family happy.

1. Great Keppel Island

   An absolute paradise awaits those that make the journey to Great Keppel.  With access to amazing reef structures, the kids will enjoy discovering an underwater playground as they snorkel in the clear blue waters. 

2. Mount Tamborine
   
   No trip to Mount Tambourine would be complete without a visit to Granny Macs Fudge shop.  You can choose to try as many of their flavours as possible. There is a range of ginger treats as well as a range of ice cream to cool you down.

3. Moreton Island

   Whether you are snorkeling around the Tangalooma wrecks or sand tobogganing there is plenty to see and do.  There are four wheel drive tours and plenty of hot fishing spots to keep Dad happy and also plenty of resorts to choose from with a pool to keep Mum calm and relaxed.

4. Gold Coast

   We saved the best to last. You have an enormous choice of activities to choose from on the Gold Coast, from the big four theme parks to Infinity, an amazing laser light show experience. You can venture to the hinterland for a peaceful bushwalk or find a spot on one of the many beaches and soak up the Queensland sunshine. 
   
   Wherever you travel these summer holidays be sure to travel safe and be sun safe at all times under the Queensland sun. But most of all have fun.
